In the beginning I was

wanting only the fun of it all

and as we danced this

dance 

you wanting to and

me never knowing

it would break me

break me down

I tried to say no

and felt the force

the magnetism 

the love and everything

in between and

then it began

And like a baby

reaching for the one

that she loves

I wrapped you

in roses and gentle kisses

tears can be such 

meaningful things washing

away the hurt and pain

that grinds at your

and it's that dance that
